Kylie Rendina Obituary

Kylie Nicole Rendina

January 30, 1993 - April 17,2024

Kylie Nicole Rendina, 31, of Monroe passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 17th after a hard-fought battle with breast cancer.

Kylie was born on January 30th, 1993, to William Dennison Hayter Jr, and Shana (Tennyson) Hayter in Monroe.

She attended Jefferson high school where she thrived in basketball and was a four-year starter on the varsity women’s team. After high school Kylie received her associates degree and began working at Villa Healthcare where she was a referral coordinator.

In 2021 Kylie met her husband Peter Rendina through mutual friends and the two became inseparable from the moment they began dating. Kylie was the most amazing mother and when Pete came into her life, he also accepted her daughter Blake as his own. Kylie and Pete then had one son, Enzo together. The two were married on May 20, 2023. Kylie loved her children with all her heart and she was the most selfless person, always putting their needs above her own. She always made sure they were taken care of even through her battle with cancer. She made every holiday and celebration special and the love she had for them will continue to show through her memory.

Kylie had a personality that could light up any room. She was very reserved and private on the surface, but with those who knew her personally she felt comfortable being her funny and charismatic self. She could always find the fun in the most mundane situations. Her friend group is massive, and, in her lifetime, she touched so many lives with her humorous and caring nature.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, William D. Hayter Sr. and Don and Rose Tennyson.

Kylie is survived by her loving husband Pete, her daughter Blake (Valente), her son Enzo, her parents Bill (Sara) Hayter and Shana Hayter-Moore (Tom Moore), her sister Kobi, her brother Cade, step siblings Thomas (Brynt) Ellis-Moore IV, Zachary (Dani) Moore, Tianna Richardson, Bradley Eziuka and Benjamin Eziuka, and her grandmother Susie “Mamaw” Carr.

Family and friends will be able to celebrate her life at Rupp Funeral Home on Thursday April 25th from 1:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will take place Friday April 26th at 11:00am.
